The PE At Home Wellness Wednesday family challenge is on! Your assignment is to get your family and do something for 30-60 minutes TOGETHER ON Wednesdays! In fact, it doesn't even have to be on Wednesdays only! It can be any day of the week! It can be more than once a week! There's only ONE rule...get creative and have fun!
Be ready to share with us on Schoology or on your zoom conference and tell us how you and your family met the challenge!

Family Walk, Jog,

Family WorkoutWorkout together for 30 minutes. If you don't have equipment, challenge each other to see who can do the most push ups, sit ups, burpees, or jumping jacks in one minute. Everyone gets three tries!

Family YogaSearch up some yoga videos on youtube and get to relaxing, stretching, and strengthening your core with the whole family!

Family Bike Day Family Sports/Activities
Air up everyone's bike and go for a 30 minute bike ride with the whole family. If mom and dad don't have a bike they can walk/jog while you bike ahead. Remember, safety first!

Get outside to your back yard, front yard, or drive way for a family game of soccer, football, basketball, tag, frisbee, or even bean bag toss! If you can't get outside, try some family Just Dance video game challenges. If you don't have the video game there are tons of Just Dance videos on Youtube! The assignment is to just get up, out, or stay in for 30 minutes and find something active the whole family enjoys doing TOGETHER!
